BODY/MIND/SOUL CHALLENGE

Every day we are going to do action steps to connect BODY, MIND + SOUL.

 

They can all be done in 30 minutes or less, and are all designed to support you in feeling happier and healthier! 

Consult your physician or other health care professional before starting this or any other fitness program to determine if it is right for your needs.

TOTAL BODY HIIT CIRCUIT

DAY 1 BODY ACTION STEP

Grab a timer, and perform each exercise for 30-45 seconds. Repeat for 3x through! 

 

  • Squat to CrossBody Touch

  • High Knees

  • Butt Burner (do each side for the time allotted)

  • 2 Twisting Mountain Climber to 2 Shoulder Rotations (alternate sides)

  • Jumping Jacks

Go to a space where you won't be disturbed, pop your headphones on, and find a position that is comfortable for you.

 

This is the kind of meditation where I will be with you the entire time.
