BODY/MIND/SOUL CHALLENGE

WITH BETH ALEXANDER

Every day we are going to do action steps to connect BODY, MIND + SOUL.

 

They can all be done in 30 minutes or less, and are all designed to support you in feeling happier and healthier! 

Consult your physician or other health care professional before starting this or any other fitness program to determine if it is right for your needs.

DAY 2 BODY ACTION STEP

BOOTY + CORE WORKOUTS

Set a timer and go through each move for 30-45 seconds, repeat 2-3x. The miniband is optional! You can do the the entire workout bodyweight too!

  • Butt Burner **

  • Side to Side Squats **

  • Fire Hydrants **

  • Plank with Clockwork **

  • Glute Bridges

  • Supine Banded Bicycle

** means you need to repeat the exercise on both sides!

DAY 2 MIND ACTION STEP

8-MINUTE GUIDED MEDITATION

This meditation track should already be in your email! If not, click above for a .zip file containing the meditation.

Go to a space where you won't be disturbed, pop your headphones on, and find a position that is comfortable for you.

 

This is the kind of meditation where I will be with you the entire time.

DAY 2 SOUL ACTION STEP

CONNECTION PRACTICE

Today do a random act of kindness, just because.

Some ideas for inspiration include.

Post a positive note somewhere. Give a compliment to a stranger. Hold the door open for someone. Buy coffee for a stranger, or surprise someone with a treat! Return a shopping cart for someone. Let someone go ahead of you in line. Clean up a mess you didn't make. Pick up litter.
