Every day we are going to do action steps to connect BODY, MIND + SOUL.

 

They can all be done in 30 minutes or less, and are all designed to support you in feeling happier and healthier! 

Consult your physician or other health care professional before starting this or any other fitness program to determine if it is right for your needs.

EXERCISES FOR BETTER POSTURE 

DAY 4 BODY ACTION STEP

Do each exercise for 30-60 seconds, moving with your breath

  • Cat/Cow

  • Bird/Dog **

  • Thoracic Rotations **

  • Deadbug **

  • Glute Bridge

  • Back Extension + Reach

  • Kneeling Psoas Stretch **

** means you need to repeat the exercise on both sides!

Go to a space where you won't be disturbed, pop your headphones on, and find a position that is comfortable for you.

 

This is the kind of meditation where I will be with you the entire time.

CONNECTION PRACTICE

DAY 4 SOUL ACTION STEP

Practicing gratitude can instantly shift your state of being. Write out 5 things you are grateful for.

Here are mine:

  • I am grateful for my health

  • I am grateful for my friends

  • I am grateful for Lulu (my dog)

  • I am grateful for a home I love

  • I am grateful the food I get to eat!
