Every day we are going to do action steps to connect BODY, MIND + SOUL.

 

They can all be done in 30 minutes or less, and are all designed to support you in feeling happier and healthier!

BOOTY + ABS WORKOUT

DAY 5 BODY ACTION STEP

Boost your booty with this simple bodyweight circuit! Repeat each exercise for 20-30 repetitions!

  • Side Lying Hip Abductions

  • Side Lying Clamshells

  • Fire Hydrants

  • Back Kicks

  • Alternating Fire Hydrant + Back Kicks **

** do 10-15 repetitions! Using a uperband is optional!

5 Minute Abs  - Do each move below for 20-25 seconds. 

  • Legs lifted crunches

  • Hip Ups

  • Stork Pose

  • Single Leg Drops

  • Double Leg Drops

  • Bicycle Crunches

  • Seated Twists **

  • Russian Twists

  • High Planks

  • Side Plank Hip Ups **

  • Elbow Plank

**Repeat on both sides

Go to a space where you won't be disturbed, pop your headphones on, and find a position that is comfortable for you.

 

This is the kind of meditation where I will be with you the entire time.

CONNECTION PRACTICE

DAY 5 SOUL ACTION STEP

Take some time to eat a meal today, WITHOUT looking at a screen! Keep the TV and the computer off, put your phone to the side and either enjoy your own company, or make time to consciously connect with loved ones!
