BODY/MIND/SOUL CHALLENGE

YOU'RE OVER HALFWAY! YAY!

Every day we are going to do action steps to connect BODY, MIND + SOUL.

 

They can all be done in 30 minutes or less, and are all designed to support you in feeling happier and healthier! 

Consult your physician or other health care professional before starting this or any other fitness program to determine if it is right for your needs.

DAY 6 BODY ACTION STEP

TOTAL BODY HIIT WORKOUT

Work up a sweat and tone from head to toe with this circuit! Set a timer for 30-45 seconds, and repeat for 3-4x through. Take a 1 minute rest period between cycles!

  • 180 Squat Jacks (can modify to basic squats)

  • Skaters

  • Capoera Kick Outs

  • Pike Toe Taps + Twisting Mountain Climbers

  • Lateral Lunge + Hop to Curtsy Lunge + Hops

** P.S. you can make these low impact by taking out the jumps/hops

DAY 6 MIND ACTION STEP

8-MINUTE GUIDED MEDITATION

This meditation track should already be in your email! If not, click above for a .zip file containing the meditation.

Go to a space where you won't be disturbed, pop your headphones on, and find a position that is comfortable for you.

 

This is the kind of meditation where I will be with you the entire time.

DAY 6 SOUL ACTION STEP

CONNECTION PRACTICE

Today choose something JUST FOR FUN. For no other reason than it sounds enjoyable to you!

Some examples include:

  • Wearing a shirt you love, but don't normally put on

  • Choosing to take the longer route just to enjoy the scenery

  • Playing with your pet

  • Going on a spontaneous adventure

  • Putting on your favorite song and jamming or dancing to it!
