BODY/MIND/SOUL CHALLENGE

Every day we are going to do action steps to connect BODY, MIND + SOUL.

 

They can all be done in 30 minutes or less, and are all designed to support you in feeling happier and healthier! 

Consult your physician or other health care professional before starting this or any other fitness program to determine if it is right for your needs.

DAY 8 BODY ACTION STEP

TOTAL BODY TONER

Here's an "anywhere, anytime" bodyweight workout to target your arms, abs, legs AND booty!

  • Mountain Climbers

  • Tricep Dips with Opposite Toe Touch

  • Jump Squats

  • Single Leg RDL to Reverse Lunge **

  • Curtsy Lunges **

  • Russian Twists

  • Lengthen Lean and Reach **

Do each exercise for 30 seconds. When you're done rest 1 minute, then repeat 3x through! 

Make it low impact by taking out the jumping on the squats.

 

** Repeat the exercise on both sides

8-MINUTE GUIDED MEDITATION

This meditation track should already be in your email! If not, click above for a .zip file containing the meditation.

Go to a space where you won't be disturbed, pop your headphones on, and find a position that is comfortable for you.

 

This is the kind of meditation where I will be with you the entire time.

CONNECTION PRACTICE

We're revisiting our DAY 1 practice again, because it's SO powerful.

Send a text message or email to a different friend, family member or colleague, acknowledging and recognizing them for something you admire in them.

When we send unsolicited messages of recognition and appreciation, with no strings attached, we foster connection and build meaningful relationships.
