BODY/MIND/SOUL CHALLENGE

WITH BETH ALEXANDER

Every day we are going to do action steps to connect BODY, MIND + SOUL.

 

They can all be done in 30 minutes or less, and are all designed to support you in feeling happier and healthier! 

Consult your physician or other health care professional before starting this or any other fitness program to determine if it is right for your needs.

DAY 9 BODY ACTION STEP

BODYWEIGHT BLAST

Another one of my favorite bodyweight workouts that will get your heart rate up and challenge you from head to toe!

  • Tap Side, Tap Back, Reverse Lunge **

  • 1,2,3 Agility Knees

  • Shoulder, Hip + Toe Taps in Planks

  • Pylo Lunges x2 + Squat Jump

Do each exercise for 30-45 seconds. When you're done rest 1 minute, then repeat 2-3x through! 

Make it low impact by taking out the jumping on the squats, lunges and agility knees!

 

** Repeat the exercise on both sides

8-MINUTE GUIDED MEDITATION

This meditation track should already be in your email! If not, click above for a .zip file containing the meditation.

Go to a space where you won't be disturbed, pop your headphones on, and find a position that is comfortable for you.

 

This is the kind of meditation where I will be with you the entire time.

CONNECTION PRACTICE

Take some time today to write 5 of your best qualities that you love (or are learning to love) about yourself! 

They should be 5 things that are absolutely fantastic about you (and believe them... there is definitely MORE than 5!) .
