BODY/MIND/SOUL CHALLENGE

IT'S OUR LAST DAY OF THE CHALLENGE- YAY!

 

THANK YOU FOR HONORING YOURSELF BODY, MIND + SOUL.

 

They can all be done in 30 minutes or less, and are all designed to support you in feeling happier and healthier! 

Consult your physician or other health care professional before starting this or any other fitness program to determine if it is right for your needs.

BOOTY & CORE

DAY 10 BODY ACTION STEP

We're finishing up the challenge with my favorite kind of workout: one that targets your booty and core!

BOOTY CIRCUIT - Band optional

  • Lateral Walks 

  • Butt Burner **

  • Squat Jacks or 180 Squat Jacks

  • Reverse Lunge + Twist​ **

Do each exercise for 45 seconds. When you're done rest 1 minute, then repeat 2x

Make it low impact by substituting squats for squat jacks.

 

** Repeat the exercise on both sides

CORE CIRCUIT - Weight optional

 

  • Anti Extension Pull Overs + Leg Reach

  • Russian Twists

  • Plank 

  • Figure 8's 

Do each exercise for 45 seconds. When you're done rest 1 minute, then repeat 2x

P.S. if you have a different workout you want to do today, that's fine! Just do something to move! :)

8-MINUTE GUIDED MEDITATION

DAY 10 MIND ACTION STEP

This meditation track should already be in your email! If not, click above for a .zip file containing the meditation.

Go to a space where you won't be disturbed, pop your headphones on, and find a position that is comfortable for you.

 

This is the kind of meditation where I will be with you the entire time.

CONNECTION PRACTICE

DAY 10 SOUL ACTION STEP

Reach out to someone you love and tell them how proud of them you are for a recent accomplish of theirs, or something they've overcome.

Then, write a note to yourself stating how proud of yourself you are for a recent accomplishment you've made or something you've overcome! 

P.S. Maybe it could be completing this challenge to the best of your abilities!
